You are stronger than you think

Some days feel heavier than others, and strength isn’t always easy to see in the moment. It often shows up quietly, in continuing, in holding on, in taking one step forward. Whenever you feel ready, this can be a place to begin.

Who We Are

At Saha Wellness Center, reaching out can begin exactly where you are. “ಸಹ (Saha)” means “with”, but more than a translation, it reflects an approach. Being alongside, with consistency and presence, lies at the heart of this way of working. There is an emphasis on staying with what is, rather than rushing to change it. At Saha, we value the ordinary moments of experience and trust that meaningful work often begins there.

We are a mental health center that offers support through this way of being, clinically guided and culturally rooted. Our work draws from psychological frameworks while remaining deeply sensitive to the cultural, relational, and personal contexts that shape each individual. This creates a process that feels thoughtful, grounded, and relevant.

Saha values your time and honours it with steady attention. Each conversation is approached with care, so your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can unfold at their own pace. The focus is not only on understanding difficulties, but also on gently working through patterns over time.

We also offer therapy in local languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, so individuals can express themselves in ways that feel natural, comfortable, and true to their lived experience.

Located in Sadashiva Nagar, within a quieter residential part of Bangalore, the setting offers privacy and calm. It is a place where you are met fully, and where the work we do together remains consistent and meaningful.

Support That Fits Your Life

Questions That Often Come Up

What is therapy and who is it for?

Therapy is a space where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It’s for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wants to understand themselves better. At Saha, we keep our work grounded in both development and culture, so it feels relevant to you.

We work with anxiety, depression, OCD in both children and adults, postpartum depression, grief, stress, burnout, overthinking, and questions around identity.

We offer individual therapy for adults, support for children and adolescents including play-based work, psychological assessments, geriatric care, and music therapy or training.

We conduct IQ, developmental, ASD, learning, and cognitive assessments, along with personality assessments and clinical scales. These may take one or more sessions, and you will receive a report along with a feedback discussion.

Sessions usually last 50 to 60 minutes. The first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brings you in. There is no pressure to share everything at once. The pace and frequency depend on what feels right for you. Online sessions are available as well.

Yes, your privacy is respected and maintained within ethical limits.

You can easily book an appointment through our website. However, cancellations or rescheduling can’t be done online just yet. If you need to make any changes, feel free to call us or message using the “WhatsApp” button on the website.

We offer therapy and psychological assessments. We do not provide psychiatric services, but we can help you connect with the right professional if needed. This is not an emergency service, so in urgent situations, please reach out to appropriate support services.

We are located at Saha Wellness Center in Sadashiva Nagar, Bengaluru. You can call or message us if you have any questions.
