Our Story
Saha began as an extension of clinical practice. Founded by a clinical psychologist trained across academic and hospital settings, Saha values rigor, structure, and depth in all that we do. This grounding shaped what Saha became: a space designed to carry that way of working forward, with greater continuity and personal engagement at its center.
Saha is a wellness space, but one that remains firmly rooted in clinical work with mental health conditions. Our team brings together diverse therapeutic backgrounds, allowing the work to expand while staying anchored in clinical understanding. Here, traditional psychotherapy is integrated with evidence-based approaches including music-based work, play therapy for children, memory-focused care for older adults, and cognitive retraining, so that support can take different forms depending on what is needed.
The pace here is intentional. We value quality over volume, giving time, attention, and continuity to each process. That commitment is what defines us, and it is where Saha stays: with you, through the process.
